If e-mailing for assistance, please make sure to use the address listed above. Do not try to contact the Distance Learning program using the e-mail tool within Blackboard. Additional support information can be found by selecting the [Student Support] button from your Blackboard course homepage or the [Student Support] link located on your Blackboard Course Menu.

DL Office Hours

Starting January 5th through January 17th, Distance Learning office hours will be Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 8 p.m., Fridays 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. - noon. On January 19th we will resume our normal business hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. It is our goal to respond to you within 24 hours.

Problems with Course Materials

Problems involving course content, learning modules, and time frames should be directed to your instructor using the Blackboard email system. Please review the course syllabus located in your Course Information section for alternate methods of contacting your instructor.
